UL Education organized Education Workshop


UL Education, kick started its active engagement in Education Related Activities with a one day work shop for more than 100 students at Madappally Government school. Improvement in quality of school education is one of the primary aims of UL Education. The organization aims to implement, a model of modern education in Madappally Government School. As a part of this venture, UL Education on behalf of ULCCS Ltd conducted a one day workshop on “Integrated System for Quality improvement in School Education”. The workshop was inaugurated by Vadakara MLA, C.K Nanu and was presided over by Sri. Remeshan Paleri, Chairman, ULCCS Ltd. ULCCS Education Director, Dr. T.P Sethumadhavan presented the perspective of the program. Around 150 teachers from Madappally Boys and Girls HS, Madappally Boys and Girls HSS and Madappally VHSE participated in the workshop. Infrastructure Development, Communication and Soft Skill Development, Analytical and Logical skills, Content/ subject based issues, Sports, athletics and other extra-curricular activities, Sanitation and waste management projects, Identification of interests and aptitude of the student for higher education decision making, Library and Informatics, Developing social commitment, Teachers training need analysis, Infrastructure requirement were discussed and organized in the workshop.

This could be taken as the first step of UL Education, towards the improvement of Education Quality in Kerala, said Mr Remeshan Paleri, Chairman, ULCCS Ltd. The program put forward in the workshop could be implemented soon with the help of the Education Department, Teachers as well as the public. This initiative in Madappally could be taken as the pilot of a program of UL Education that is exemplary for the whole state, he added
