Adapting to the changing world has been our leitmotif from the word go. The changing landscape of job opportunities and culture made us vigilant. We have witnessed our new generation nonchalantly migrating to foreign destinations. Soon we realized that it was our prerogative to provide them new generation job opportunities on a par with their ambition. That comprehension sprouted the idea of the UL Cyber Park into our minds.

The dream came into reality in 2014. Located at the picturesque Nelikkunnu, close to the heart of Kozhikode city, one of the major cities in the state of Kerala, the 10-storey UL Cyber Park is an architectural marvel. Built in 31 lakh sq ft by applying ultra-modern planning guidelines, it has already taken a special place on the world IT map.

Designed by the global architectural major Nikken Sekkei, the project gets the first Special Economic Status (SEZ) status in Malabar and also is the first green IT Park with a lead certificate. By completing the 600 Cr project within the stipulated timeframe in 14 acres of land owned by them, ULCCS has once again underscored their credentials in an emphatic manner.

With Cyber Park, ULCS aims to provide IT professionals of Kerala a job of global standards in their own native soil. This structure when completed by the end of this year is expected to generate 40,000 jobs in the field of Information Technology. Apart from this it also opens up job opportunities to 100000 people indirectly. The cyber park buildings itself illustrates the excellence and time-bound way of construction that ULCS carries out. ULCS which is the biggest of its kind in Asia also bagged the National Cooperative Union Award for the best Cooperative Society in India in 2012.
